On January 12, 2026, ISF NET, INC. entered its 27th fiscal year. We reached this milestone thanks to the daily dedication of our employees and the trust and support of our valued customers and business partners. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of you.<\/p>\r\n
ISF NET was founded with just four members. Today, the company has grown to employ more than 2,300 engineers and has established a strong presence in the IT infrastructure industry.
Last year was particularly significant for ISF NET. In October, we achieved the highest sales and profits in our 25-year history. To return these results to our employees, we implemented a new performance-linked bonus in December. In addition, through initiatives such as a biannual performance evaluations and a special promotion program, we realized promotions and salary increases for 208 employees in the first half of the year alone \u2014 demonstrating our continued focus on improving engineer compensation and enhancing engagement.<\/p>\r\n
We are currently pursuing a new growth strategy known as the \u201cFive No. 1s in Japan,\u201d with a target of achievement by the end of 2030. Amid economic challenges last year \u2014 including inflation, persistently high energy prices, and currency fluctuations that significantly impacted the economy and corporate earnings \u2014 our employees came together as one to advance our business. Five years have passed since we introduced our statement, \u201cToward a Utopia for IT Infrastructure Engineers.\u201d We will continue to strive forward toward further growth and development.<\/p>\r\n
Looking ahead, we plan to further expand opportunities not only in Japan but also at our overseas offices in South Korea, China, and Singapore. In addition, we will continue to promote our long-standing Diver-In Employment initiative, which aims to realize diversity and inclusion by providing a safe and supportive work environment for individuals who face challenges in employment. Through these efforts, we aspire to build a society in which everyone can experience the joy of working and find purpose in life.<\/p>\r\n
