At ISF NET, we will continue working to create the best environment so engineers can be energized, take on challenges, and inspire one another to grow.<\/p>\r\nAt the end of last year, we developed a new internal skill map portal site. It creates a visual map of each engineer\u2019s capabilities, enabling them to understand both their current position and the future they aim to achieve. Through this initiative, we will further accelerate the development of professionals who are self-motivated to learn and grow.<\/p>\r\n
In addition, our global business continues to expand steadily. Our Kizuna Global Project connects us with Japanese companies operating overseas, supporting them in local markets. Through this, we are contributing to solving issues for companies around the world.<\/p>\r\n
In 2026, we will further accelerate these initiatives and deliver even greater value to our customers.
