The year 2024 witnessed persistent inflationary pressures that impacted economic activities across the board, with elevated energy prices and currency exchange rate fluctuations significantly affecting corporate profitability. Meanwhile, advancements in digital technologies, such as AI and generative AI, have rapidly reshaped the competitive landscape in various industries. Alongside these changes, supply chain restructuring and the rebuilding of regional economies in Japan have further defined a period of significant transformation. Despite ongoing uncertainty ahead, ISF NET remains committed to providing reliable, high-quality services.<\/p>\r\n
As part of our new initiatives, ISF NET launched I-Link Agent, a recruitment service designed to connect IT infrastructure engineers with corporate hiring needs. With over 20 years of specialized experience in IT infrastructure, ISF NET has built a solid track record of trust and reliability. Leveraging this expertise, we aim to provide tailored support to engineers and companies, facilitating career transitions and employment opportunities aligned with individual values.<\/p>\r\n
Additionally, we have expanded our focus globally by introducing ISF NET Global Offshore Solutions. This service provides Japan-based remote IT support to businesses worldwide, including Japanese companies with overseas branches. With this, ISF NET will continue to drive growth in the global market and offer seamless cross-border IT support. The year 2024 was also a year of transformation and challenges for our company as we embarked on these ambitious endeavors.<\/p>\r\n
In 2025, we aim to address the ongoing inflationary pressures by prioritizing the improvement of employee welfare. By enhancing career development frameworks, expanding internal systems, and fostering skill and career advancement for our engineers, we aspire not only to improve employee conditions but also to elevate the quality of our engineering services.<\/p>\r\n
