ISF NET Joined by Graduates from Yeungjin University in Korea

Tokyo, May 1, 2026 — ISF NET, INC., a leading Japanese IT services and staffing company, announced that it has welcomed eight graduates from Yeungjin University in Korea as new employees.
Highlights from the Entrance Ceremony
Welcome messages were delivered to the new employees by ISF NET executives, including Yukiyoshi Watanabe, Representative Director and President of ISF NET, and Okin Heo, Representative Director of ISFnet Korea Co., Ltd. (Location: Seoul).
Mr. Watanabe extended his congratulations to the new employees and highlighted the company’s ongoing initiatives to fundamentally improve its working environment. This includes a strong focus on enhancing compensation and skill development programs, as well as maintaining a commitment to fair and equal evaluation regardless of age, gender, or nationality.
Acknowledging the nervousness that often accompanies the start of a professional career in a new environment, Mr. Heo reassured the new employees, stating that the company will provide solid support and encouraging them to actively seek help from their peers and seniors when faced with challenges. He also expressed his expectation for their future growth, hoping that they will eventually become the ones to support the next generation of new employees.
Concluding the ceremony, a representative of the new employees expressed their commitment to cultivating self-awareness as professionals and embodying ISF NET’s corporate philosophy. They pledged to continuously refine both their technical expertise and interpersonal skills in order to contribute to society.
Our Partnership and Initiatives with Yeungjin University
ISF NET established ISFnet Korea Co., Ltd. in 2006 and has been engaged in the IT infrastructure outsourcing business in Korea, among others.
In 2017, the company signed an agreement with Yeungjin University to provide human resource development, human resource exchange, and job creation and employment support.
ISF NET has been hiring students graduating from Yeungjin University since 2019.
Yeungjin University graduates who have joined ISF NET have further advanced their IT skills in Japan and are working as IT infrastructure engineers to support Korean companies entering the Japanese market and Japanese companies entering the Korean market.
Moving forward, ISF NET will continue to actively recruit Korean engineers and remains dedicated to developing global talent capable of thriving not only in Japan and Korea but worldwide, further strengthening and expanding its global business operations.
