ISF NET Launches Global Partner Project

Supporting European and U.S. IT Companies Expanding Their Business in Asia

ISF NET. INC.
JANUARY 15 2026

Tokyo, January 15, 2026 — ISF NET, INC., a leading Japanese IT services and staffing company, today announced it has launched its Global Partner Project (GPP) in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

GPP provides comprehensive IT support services designed to help European and U.S. IT companies conduct business in Asia — including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam — and Australia. Under this initiative, ISF NET works in collaboration with local system integrators (“SIers”) and Japanese IT companies in each country to provide end-to-end IT services through a single point of contact.

The project combines the expertise of ISF NET engineers in Japan and South Korea with engineers from local business partners across the region. ISF NET plans to support the Asia-based IT operations of 30 companies by 2026, and 200 companies by 2030.

To design, build, and operate IT systems for customers in the APAC region, European and U.S. IT companies must collaborate with a wide range of partners, including infrastructure providers, application vendors, and SIers responsible for system integration and operations. In addition, differences in language, communication styles, and business customs among countries often create operational challenges.

By providing centralized support for IT operations across Asia through the ISF NET GROUP, GPP reduces the business risks associated with contracting IT services individually with multiple local vendors.

ISF NET established overseas offices in Dalian, China, and Seoul, South Korea, in 2006, and in Singapore in 2023. Together with its Japan operations, ISF NET now provides IT system operations and maintenance services for customers across APAC, including Singapore, Australia, Beijing, Dalian, and Seoul. ISF NET currently employs approximately 2,300 engineers, more than 250 of whom are multilingual professionals delivering IT technical support in multiple languages.

GPP was planned in response to the growing number of inquiries from European and U.S. companies considering expansion into the APAC region, particularly for IT support in Japanese, Korean, English, and Chinese. With operational bases in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and China, ISF NET provides IT support across China, South Korea, Singapore, and Australia. By leveraging ISF NET GROUP’s multilingual and multinational IT support capabilities, European and U.S. IT companies can smoothly coordinate communications between their Asia-based operations and headquarters from the very start of their business expansion, while efficiently building, operating, and maintaining IT systems.

ISF NET works with more than 500 business partners and provides IT technical support through approximately 2,300 engineers, including over 200 multilingual professionals. The company offers 24/7/365 multilingual IT support, delivering high-quality on-site and remote services. In November 2025, ISF NET participated in the Singapore FinTech Festival, where it began preparations for the Global Partner Project by strengthening collaboration with European and U.S. companies and SIers from various countries.

Looking ahead, ISF NET plans to participate in major global exhibitions such as the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas and Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. By 2030, the company aims to recruit and develop more than 600 bilingual engineers, further strengthening its global IT infrastructure support capabilities.

The Global Partner Project is positioned as one of the key initiatives under ISF NET’s overseas business strategy, the Kizuna Global Project, announced on November 19. Kizuna Global Project is ISF NET’s overseas business initiative aimed at supporting Japanese IT service providers, major system integrators, telecommunications carriers, and other businesses operating globally. Through this project, ISF NET’s IT infrastructure engineers, known for their trustworthiness and integrity, will deliver network, cloud, and security technologies and services to support these enterprises.

In alignment with Kizuna Global Project, GPP delivers multilingual and multinational IT infrastructure support across the APAC region in collaboration with local partners. Through this initiative, ISF NET seeks to bring to life the Kizuna Global Project’s vision of building trusted bonds that transcend language and national borders.
