ISF NET Launches Kizuna Global Project,
Supporting Japanese IT Companies Overseas

ISF NET, INC.
NOVEMBER 19 2025

Tokyo, November 19, 2025 — ISF NET, INC., a leading Japanese IT services and staffing company, today announced the launch of its new overseas business initiative, Kizuna Global Project.

The word “kizuna” means “strong bond” in Japanese. It represents the connections between people and between organizations.

Kizuna Global Project is ISF NET’s overseas business initiative aimed at supporting Japanese IT service providers, major system integrators, telecommunications carriers, and other businesses operating globally. Through this project, ISF NET’s IT infrastructure engineers, known for their trustworthiness and integrity, will deliver network, cloud, and security technologies and services to support these enterprises.

The initiative will begin with IT infrastructure support for Japanese companies active overseas and for foreign companies expanding into Japan, and will later extend to supporting local overseas companies as well.

Through the Kizuna Global Project, ISF NET aims to build stronger business relationships with overseas clients, explore new partnerships, and bring the experience gained abroad back into its domestic business to drive overall growth.

Currently, Japan has many IT service providers, major system integrators, and telecom carriers, but few business partners capable of dispatching IT infrastructure engineers overseas. Moreover, when Japanese companies expand abroad, they often use systems built by their Japan headquarters, creating the need for the same level of technical support at overseas locations. The reverse is also true for overseas companies doing business in Japan.

Since 2006, ISF NET has been dispatching IT infrastructure engineers in Korea and Dalian, China, and since 2023, in Singapore. The company employs over 200 bilingual engineers fluent in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese, ensuring smooth IT operations across Japan and overseas offices.

As a result, ISF NET has established relationships not only with local companies but also with major Japanese telecommunications carriers, concluding IT service support agreements between multiple overseas offices of Japanese corporations.

Challenges Faced by Japanese Companies Overseas

Japanese companies expanding abroad face numerous challenges such as language barriers, talent shortages, IT governance, costs, and security issues. Many local subsidiaries lack bilingual staff or dedicated IT personnel and are often not fully equipped to meet Japan headquarters’ strict IT standards.

Kizuna Global Project’s Services

Kizuna Global Project aims to address these challenges by providing the following services:

  • Japan-quality design, construction, and operation of networks, cloud environments, and security systems
  • Smooth communication through bilingual IT engineers
  • Support for building and improving IT governance and security frameworks

These services will enable overseas offices to maintain IT environments equivalent to those in Japan, significantly enhancing reliability and efficiency through consistent, Japan-backed support.

Growth Strategy and Future Outlook

Unlike other companies, Kizuna Global Project uniquely combines Japanese quality with local adaptability through its bilingual talent.

In the medium term, ISF NET will strengthen its bases in Singapore, Korea, and Dalian, China, enhancing its capabilities in growth areas such as digital transformation (DX), cloud, 5G, and security, and accelerating expansion within the APAC market. Local offices will act as a bridge to support Japanese companies’ overseas growth, leveraging multilingual expertise and high-value-added services to create new business opportunities.

In the long term, ISF NET plans to position its overseas offices as global hubs for Kizuna Global Project, building partnerships with companies in Europe, the U.S., and across Asia. Through business alliances and joint development, the company aims to establish a value-creation framework and build a sustainable global business foundation for the next decade.

Comment from the CEO

“Kizuna Global Project is a collaborative effort for Japanese companies and ISF NET to grow together overseas,” said Yukiyoshi Watanabe, President and CEO, ISF NET. “Our bilingual engineers will deliver Japanese-quality IT infrastructure technology and local adaptability to provide greater trust and value to Japanese enterprises operating abroad.”
